A 12-year-old boy has been charged for the murder of two people in District Heights, Maryland. The incident is believed to have been caused by a domestic dispute. The boy's 9-year-old brother and a 31-year-old mother were found dead in the Washington, DC suburb apartment Sunday morning, but police would not say how the victims died.

Police said the mother, Katrina Denise Powe, and the brother, Mystery Toma Hillian, were found stabbed and beaten to death. Neighbors say that the 12 year old boy had a very violent temper, and he would often explode with rage if he got into an argument with other kids. The boy appeared in court Sunday was ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation before a May 15 hearing.

Christ that is one messed up kid, I struggle to see how anyone could kill a family member let alone two and at such a young age. That truely is one messed up kid.

I think you have a point there Devourer about the older the get the more fucked up they become but I disagree that children should be given the death penalty even under extreme circumstances due to the moral implications that it would inflict upon the executioner as some aren't even happy with the way the death penalty functions even now.

I ain't sure but there was a famous case in England where two twelve year olds through another on some railway tracks and they were tried as adults.
