Finally the government is realizing that rap music is way worse than any metal. True that death metal sings about killing people, but the rap singers are serious about killing people, and a lot actually do (Cassidy is going to jail for life for killing a person at some award ceremony). They even say that thier singing about real life, and death metal singers such as CC don't actually belive in the stuff they sing about, they just do it for a laugh or something, they don't brutally kill people, most don't actually worship satan. They don't go and tell thier fans to do any of that stuff, unlike a lot of rap that tells fans to "live the gangsta life". Finally the government is realizing that rap is bad.

i think ur first flaw there is thinking that rap is music....when 99.9% of the time there is not a single instrument used in the recording of a rap album...computers and drum machines do not count and if they sample someone elses music is dont count still in their favor either....lol
