Order it from Metal Blade Europe. They are selling it on eBay. Or check your indie record store that specializes in imports. Best Buy will order it for you. There are ways to get it.

who cares bout rippin a dvd if you bought the cd i dont think it matters. and well not all of us can spend money just on music.... not that i have a ton of other things to buy

yes Japan always gets the coolest stuff It's usually Japan that get all the extra stuff.
It's because CD's are more expensive over there so they get given all the bonus tracks and stuff.
