I have followed guitar lessons for a little while now, and I want to buy a B.C. Rich Mockingbird. Which one should I buy: an Evil Edge or an Special X? What's the difference? (I don't know very much about things that make a guitar good or bad).

most B.C - rich's are garbage - unless you at least go for the nj series , neck through 's ........ Honestly im saying this as a friend . Dont buy a cheap b.c. rich - go get a schecter instead , it will stay in tune , sound great - and retain its value somewhat .

Those bolt-on neck rich's really suck , and the pickups are horrible .

This is not badmouthing b.c. rich . Their NJ series are fucking ace guitars

Dude if you can grab one of the BC Rich NT series guitars. They normally pop up on Ebay or if you're in Europe thomann.de have them. Neck thru guitars for low prices can't go wrong.

dont get a bc rich they suck well not all of them get a jackson or a dean

Or an Agile, they're cheap but are of excellent quality. I'm going to be getting myself a couple of Agiles in next two months (buying one next month, well July, then buying another one in August)
