That would be the only thing in the thread yet that I'd have to disagree with. Jeff's solo's are fast and made to shred and be brutal. But as far as technicality goes Kerry is more of a soloist. When they play live, Jeff alot of the time does not often get the solo down pat like kerry does. Kerry is always replaying his solos with a lot of precision doing them note for note like what you hear on the cd. Jeff is pretty close but he seems to be "winging it" a lot more. Also, I've not heard Jeff experiment with many different scales like Kerry has done with egyptian scales on Seasons and Diabolus. And his solo in Seven Faces was one of the coolest solos I've heard because it has a very original sound to it. It's a very angry solo, not just fast but angry too. Jeffs solos often are the same style or the same feel as always. But I did vote Hanneman because he's got a better idea of what should be incorporated into Slayer than what Kerry does. That "slower chunky" shit is not that impressive.
