Whats scales have been used in cannibal corpse solo's?.. specifically from more recent albums?..... what structure gives them that dark evil sound?

The most evil sounding CC solo i can thing of is the one from Blood Drenched Execution.
It sounds like music you would hear fighting the end boss in old nintendo games.
Evil as fuck.
