fuck man, the show was awesome.. i just hung out and partied with the guys on the bus. til black dahlia murder came on. steve digiorgio was there.. we had a couple beers and just chit chatted about this and that for little while.. then i went and got some beers inside and hung out with robin at the merch booth.

they have some cool new shit. they got a camouflage (sp) time to kill is now tee. a zippered hooded long sleeve kill shirt for forty bucks with a cool skull print on the hood. hockey jerseys. kill hoodies. four different g strings. all kindsa trinkets like flasks, belt buckles, key chains, necklaces.. all kindsa shit. they have a new bandana with a cool kill print on it. and new shiny kill bumper stickers, too.

one thing i noticed about them this time.. well, they sound sound good every time they play there, but this time they seemed to sound a little bit more guitar heavy in the mix. the leads were super loud. i was all throwin the horns, and is said "GODDAMNED THAT SOUNDED RAD!" after one of pats leads..
i hung by the soundboard and watched tilo and paul b. work the board for a little while that was pretty cool. i wanna learn how to do that shit. fuck man they just shredded like they always do. they played put them to death. which they havent since the last tour with barnes.. and it was short and sweet. i was all high and i started yellin song titles in between songs that i knew they werent gonna play im all yellin "SKIN TO LIQUID!!" they had a barrier this time, no stage diving was enforced. but they didnt kick anyone out for crowdriding.

its too bad that club is such a pain in the ass now. i was treated alot better this time, but we still got harrased by security. and i had an all access wristband. most of them are young women i noticed. they are sooo polite though. very sweet. there are several other young dudes on the crew who are also newbie security people.

most of them are nice and polite too, but this one dude last time told me to turn my light off, which was shitty cause the lights were already low. i turned it on again later and he comes up and grabs my arm, and tells me in his best tough guy voice, that if i turn it on again im outta there.and im standing there thinking.. "what a retarded asshole" i was pissed at the time though. in the end all the angles came out dark, so it didnt matter. but still.. what a buncha crap. what stupid thinking.

i dont know, ive shot video there many times now, and it used to be waaay more relaxed there.

but yeah this time was waay better. mainly cause i was able to go downstairs and drink free coronas and go backstage and smoke weed.

after wards we were downstairs and george starts tellin stories about all the times hes had to deal with people fuckin with him in the crowd, and hes tellin us about this time some guy was flippin him off, and hes all telling the guy to come up here and do that to my face, etc., and there were several different ones, anyway, but it was funny.
and robin walks in and george started saying shit like, "cmon robin, lets see em" and "what bitch?" and "man you look good robin, im horny as fuck, are you gonna fuck me tonight?" totally fuckin with her.. she goes "what the fuck?? fuck you bitch!! shut the fuck up!"
HAHAHA!! i was dyin.. robins hella cool.. last time they were here rob was capping on her! when we were onthe bus he was all, "im gonna be in the front row, all 'PRETHIPITH'".. in a guitar holding pose! and i was all "WTF?!" and i thought it was funny as hell but i had no idea what the fuck he was talking about. well, the name of her band is PRECIPICE. so i finally got the joke on that one..
so, after that we went back to the truck to grab my vile cd/dvd's and some sharpies, and some wine, and went back to the bus and got my stuff signed.. we watched the dvd that danny made for me of the cannibal at the fillmore footage he had, which im trying to put together a mix of that. they have a nice big flat screen tv, and it looked pretty cool. it was pretty raw, but there was some usable shots in it.. but thats another story.
and by then everyone had buggered off except for paul m. and brian the guitar tech. so i said goodnight and see you tomorrow.

oh fuck, last night george was tellin more stories.. he was tellin me about how he had a confrontation with barnes, and how some dude who was a roadie overseas, roughed barnes up a bit.. and how barnes talks shit in interviews n stuff. he was kinda sick, his throat was hurtin him.. they sounded killer though, he said he had a problem on death walking terror, he came in early or something, i didnt notice it. they played the same set as last night.
