Darn - the website where I bookmarked the recipe doesn't exist anymore, but I was able to find a picture.

As I remember it, the cookie part of the recipe was basically the same as Nestle's tollhouse recipe, its bacon on top as you can see, and the glaze is some kind of maple glaze that I can't remember how to make.

If I can find another site with the recipe I'll let you know.

In one of my great grandmothers cook books i have a recipe for bacon cookies, they are made with bacon grease instead of butter. I keep meaning to gove those a try as well
