Im looking for settings for this pedal so it will sound like Cannibal Corpse, but id also like the settings for other bands, like Slayer.

any tube / or decent modeling amp , and your fingers will get you any sound even

cannibal corpse's , is not a hard sound to achieve..... just plug in and play ....

let your fingers do the math..... its good for you...... dont hide behind nonsense

pedals..... learn your amp....tweek it nicely ...play around this is the way i achieve

good cannibal tone *** vol / on desired leval .... mids on 20 %

treble on 50-60 %

bass on 100 %

thats a good e q sweep for good metal tones............

which reminds me .... a good eq isnt a bad idea either ...

even a boss 12 band eq helps boost the mids/bass etc etc ...

cc outta spit out thier own pedal and just call it the cannibalizer and make sum buckage off that shit put a zombie face on the pedal etc......all set

well you arent gonna get any good sounds with that pedal, just get a Mesa Boogie triple rectifier half stack, and you are good to go, good luck comin up with the money, but thats what Pat uses, and if you tune up to Eb then you will sound like Slayer

Thanks for your help but at this point i only have bass, treble and volume on my amp. but tomorrow im getting a new one with all kind of effects, i cant wait!

he aslo uses crate blue voodoo amps , for live set up ....

but most people , wont be able to afford such gear ........

for the best " bang for buck " find a used peavey 5150 amp

those amps are killer ..... and youll be able to ripp some

fine metal tones....... i tried a Vox valvetronics 100w amp

sounded pretty good too....... they make a combo 100w

for around $599.99 can very good price . \m/

if you got the bucks ...... mesa boogie head with marshall cabs

you get the low end from the boogie , and the killer marshall

bite , all together ..... and take heads off with tone ..hahahaha

There is loads of difference in the Boogie Rectifier Death Metal Sound and the cranked Marshall 2203 sound of Slayer though - oh and Peavey 5151 - great choice
