This topic might sound ridiculous,yet I am interested what do you think,if the same people had met and come together in the end of the 80's,no matter where:Florida, Norway or Poland, and they only knew / or, say, liked/ black metal,which band would they "be", which style would they create in?
I myself vote for Mayhem, there is hardly another band than them that has reached the level of sincerity, genuinity and naturality we know from the Cannibals

well, since i believe CC to be the greatest dm band ever, i would have to say that they would be Emperor if they were a bm band, because Emperor was the greatest bm band ever.
does anybody notice that "bm" standing for "black metal" could also be "bowel movement" and not be that much different because black metal sucks quite a bit. but sometimes you get a gem of a band, just like sometimes, you get a poop that will circle the whole toilet w/o breaking.

Probably Behemoth, because Behemoth is freaking amazing, and are super Heavy. Well, technically Behemoth is Death Metal, there's no fag screeching like Cradle of shit. That and all of Behemoth's stuff is brutal and technical at the same time, like corpse, only with a better drummer

Yes, there¤nobody like the Hellhammer... but he¤s black alas...would be quite fun hear him performing death...I bet he would be at it as at playing black...Trym did it,by the way...but this man...I couldn¤t do what he does even with four arms and legs...don¤t let anybody think of kicking out Paul, there¤s no CC without him...and yes, good black is stupendous
haha well mayhem is my favorite band..cc right after tho haha..i think both styles are extremly hard to perform GOODwhich is why i have extreme respect for both generas. but yeaaaa i haev NO idea how hellhammer plays that fast its insane

mannn...u guys and not liking black metal..i love death metal, i love black metal. i gues i like black metal more tho because mayhem is my favoire band. but i think CC should deffently stick to death metal haha...corpsegrider deffffently could not pull off BM lyrics nor the vocals for it
