YES!!!! I showed my bass played friend that little scene and he had to leave the room because he couldn't comprehend the amazing level of bass mastery that Alex had reached.

Imo Alex took what guys like Cliff Burton were doing and brought it to the next level. I think it's obvious that Alex is one of the best bassists ever regardless of genre!.

I agree 100% he is just too damn good! I don't even understand how he does some of that stuff, but it is done and it is done with PERFECTION...... no one can deny that even if they hate death metal.

I have to say best part of the album actually. Either that or the third line of the conjoined vocals on Vomit The Soul. Barnes style kindof went on Haunted, Warpath, and Maximum Violence. Although, Six Feet Under LIVE is incredible with any of their material. I don't know if anyone will agree with me. But, I find True Carnage closer to any of Cannibal Corpse's work than Six Feet Under has ever come, vocally.
