A biometric iris identification pilot program is currently being tested in three New Jersey elementary grade schools. The scanners and software application, designed by Eyemetric Identity Systems, are being used to compare and positively match teachers, staff employees, and upto four parent/guardians per children for building access rights. Once an individual's eye is digitally photographed, their system is able to match upto 242 unique markers upon rescanning. This is over approximately eleven times more effective than a fingerprint analysis.

that's crazy to spoend that kind of money when there are schools out there that need the money for books and desks and basic upkeep.... just a big waste of money if you ask me

yep my sister has decided to home school her three children

home skooling is a pro and con thing i think....its cool if u wanna raise an unsocialble child to live like a hermit.....lol..... but kids need to be arround other kids while growin up is very important..and sadly alot of things a kid does need thru a real skool setting you cant get in a safer controlled home setting......so to me its an iffy thing indeed.

plus there is so many other variables involved with that shit its crazy to sit and think of them all.....like a kid views his teachers and such as authority figures etc etc......at home teaching ur kid to do math ur still just mom or dad and i think that detracts alot from learning.even things as simple as walkin to skool with their friends to recess and everything inbetwen cant be replaced in a home setting and are very important in the mental/social development of a child.

yep I think it's good for developing good social skills and such... my kids are in public school ... plus who wants to have their kids at home ALL DAY? it's nice to have a break and besides the kids have all summer to be home all day with us and christmas break too

man fucking overly protective people. that good money could go to improving their education, instead of raising a generation of over-protected wussy kids.

when i went to scool.......school saftey consisted of lookin be4 crossing the street,sniffing the milk be4 u drank it to make sure it was still good and not giving someone to severe of a noogie or indian burn.lol


tomorrows kids will be dna tested upon entry with a full mri and cat scan..full set of finger print testing and voice printing..hair and urine samples will be collected at the door of each home room daily be4 class can start.....so parents in the upcoming year you should have your student at school for their 8 am start at aprox. 3:30 am to ensure class starts on time......thank you for being such conceirned parents and heres to a great school year!!

ps, i almost forgot how silly of me,students should also show up naked and will be allowed to dress into their steralized school brown coveralls for the day after they are delouced and provide 3 forms of I.D

you forgot to mention the rectal exam and having to supply their own jar of vaseline and gloves

thats pretty kick ass, until the scan blinds somebody, or something crazy like everything else that people think of
