I just asked my teacher about Mesa Boogie V twin price and he said it's about $740 or 28000 baht in Thailand so that's the price that I can buy that effect pedel in my country. Well I want to know how much does it cost in US because if it cost is lower than $740 I'll tell my aunt to buy it and send it to me and If you guys have another distortion pedel that's better and not too expensive *Please recommend*

The Mesa Boogie V Twin is a pre-amp not a distortion pedal. $740 I think is too much for a pre-amp. I'm sure it must sound great though.

If you want something less expenive that still sounds great Rob Barret uses a BOSS Metalzone and Jack Owen used to use a Digitech Metal Master. There are a few less expensive distortion pedals on that page too.

The best sounding amp I ever heard in my life was a car stereo amplifier that someone had wired a BOSS distortion Feedbacker Plus too.
