The said thing about D.M., is there are never enough chicks at any given show. I know it is about the music but it would be nice to see chicks at them. If there are any chicks there they are always with there boyfriends so the rate of chicks that are there that can be picked up are so low. It is not a friendly enviroment to meet chicks that like the same music as you & get a date. I guess it really doesn't matter since everyone is there to hear the music anyway.

Yeah, it's like for every 100 metal guys, theres one metal girl. So the few metal girls are all spoken for.

hahaha and thats exactly why I'd never take my girlfriend to a death metal show. Right now I'm single and all the ladies love me so I'm sure I could pick up several at any given concert. naughty.gif

im not into girls so its no biggy to me if they go or not. Id go to a show if somebody would invite me, id be happy to even pay my own way... i just hate walking into places by myself...lol

the bad thing about death metal is too many bands copy eachother , and their is

little or no originality anymore ..... Thats why bands like opeth , and arch enemy

are the next thing ..... THey are original , and take tools from their infuences and

make it their own .


so , id have to say ....un originality is my complaint .

every band with the same runs ..... same blast beats,

it will die out soon .

Yeah dont really see many chicks but there are about maybe 30 at a 300 people concert.....hey but on the other hand if your gay it works out just perfect... lol.gif lol

there were not many girls at the Cannibal show on the 17th and the ones that were there were heavy set girls in corsets and stuff and they were spilling out from all over the place

I hate it cause there boyfriends are always holding them, but they like kinda shield them & hold them & put there elbows out to try to protect their girls. my god it pisses me off! I went to GWAR recently & there were guys & there girls all around me with there elbows out!! it fucking hurts damn it!!! AHHH! sad.gif

or sometimes the girls that are there are all drunk & acting really stupid, like just randomly pushing people next to them. so with all this stupidness its been hard for me to get close to the stage at shows i have been to recently.

how come when i go to shows with just my girl friend no guys hit on us? sad.gif WTF?!!

but a lot of the time im there with guys (dont know many girls that are into metal here), so i guess they assume im taken or something.

and yeah, i hate those chicks that are only at shows cuz their bfs are there, and how guys feel they have to protect them. at several shows, ive been pulled out of the pit by random guys and asked if im ok (im 5'1, so that could be why haha)..sweet gesture i guess, but people go in the pit to mosh, not to be saved (unless this is some new pickup tactic tongue.gif )
