Well after listening to the few tracks off the Bleeding that are in the boxed set, I decided I had to order it! I got the boxed set last xmas, but never really listened to the cds...just watched the dvd over and over lol... Anyways, striped raped strangled and the bleeding and the pickaxe murders are awesome! fucked with a knife sounds friggin' badass also (with george)...i can't wait to get it as it's the only barnes disk i don't have yet. Is live cannibalism good also? |

FOR THE POOR PRODUCTION ON THE BLEEDING, EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT IT IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. EVERY SONG IS FUCKING AT IT'S BEST.........AND I ACTUALLY LIKE CHRIS'S VOCALS ON THIS ONE MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE HE DID WITH CC.

Not to take anything away from those real low growls and grunts on Butchered At Birth, you know like where the song(s) start with just blast beats and a "UUURRRRRRGGGGHHHAAAARRRR!!!!!" thats awesome, but being able to sing along the lyrics like "Stripped, Raped, and Strangled" or "Fucked With A Knife" has something to be said for it too.
Yeah I think his singing on Striped, Raped, and Strangled and Staring Through the Eyes of the Dead (and the other two also actually) sounds a lot like SFU singing style, which I really like. I just wish SFU was fast like CC. The Bleeding sounds like it will be my favorite album I'll bet...
Yeah I love how he introduces the songs on Live Cannibalism songs from the box set. Question....do you notice how you hear someone in the crowd yell a song title just before George yells it? Who is that?
